Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will perform various day-to-day administrative tasks, including clerical duties, answering and managing phone calls, and assisting executives with administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in a professional office setting is a plus
