The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will work in close partnership with Source’s CEO. You help the CEO stay focused, prepared provident and informed by bringing structure and thoughtfulness to their day‑to‑day work. A key part of your role is ensuring the CEO has the right information at the right time—through careful research, clear documentation, and well‑prepared materials—so they can lead with confidence and clarity.

Success in this role comes from anticipation rather than reaction. You think several steps ahead, gather and organize information proactively, and approach each situation with sound judgment and discretion. You are comfortable researching topics, evaluating options, and preparing or reviewing documents and correspondence with a high level of care. Whether supporting meetings, travel, or personal matters, you consider the full નીચે picture and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Your Impact
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing commitments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adequate preparation time.
  • Coordinate travel for CEO attendance at conferences, executive meetings, company offsites, and personal travel, handling all logistics such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. .
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to support additional needs, planning, coordination, or logistics for executive or board meetings.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information well in advance of key meetings to ensure well‑structured agendas, with all supporting materials and links organized and accessibleורת, providing the CEO with timely context toക്കും maximize meeting effectiveness.
  • Prepare, review, and refine documentation to support efficiency in your 1:1 meetings with the CEO; including calendaring, meeting prep, travel, and personal matters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and readiness.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, including sensitive business matters and personal details.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and prenant internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and professional communication.
  • Process expenses, invoices, and other administrative items related to the CEO’s work.
  • Provide personal assistant support (approximately 20%), including personal appointment scheduling, family calendar coordination, and miscellaneous errands.
  • Coordinate with team members as needed to ensure smooth execution of plans and priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organization, scheduling, and administrative processes.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to changing priorities, urgent requests, and unexpected issues.
  • Represent the CEO and the company professionally in all interactions.
  • Maintain strong initiative, organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
