In this role, you will:
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close and reporting related to payables
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper approvals and compliance
To be a fit, you must have:
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting or ERP systems
- Ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
