Full Charge Bookkeeper- Portland

Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Salary: $53,000–$72,000
Location: Portland Metro Area, OR (Onsite / Local Travel Only)

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple affiliated entities

• Produce and present management-level financial reports to leadership and stakeholders

• Track and report on restricted funds, donor contributions, and designated accounts

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and nonprofit accounting standards

• Experience in nonprofit or school accounting, including restricted fund and donor-based accounting

• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, accurate financial reports for management and leadership audiences

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple entities

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience
