Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Manage the daily billing cycle and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing.
- Post cash receipts and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile customer accounts, research payment discrepancies, and resolve billing issues.
- Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities as needed.
- Support monthly and year-end close activities through AR reporting and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the accounting system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, mail handling, and supply management.
- Provide back-up support to other accounting functions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP/accounting software a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can prioritize and problem-solve independently.
