• As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a key role on client engagements by preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships and other pass-through entities, corporations, trusts and estates, and for property tax returns and other non-income tax filings.
• Collaborating with tax team members to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
• Participating in training and development to deepen understanding of tax law and its practical application.
• Other duties as assigned related to assurance and tax services as part of serving a growing public accounting firm.

• 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Active CPA license or meaningful progress toward licensure.
• Foundational knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
• Prior tax research experience.
• Comfort working with multiple software platforms; experience with tools such as CCH Axcess Tax, Case Ware Engagement, Go File Room , BNA Income Tax Planner, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Positive, professional communication style.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-based environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and client service skills.
• Ability to perform well under deadlines and during peak workload periods.
