Staff Accountant
Our client seeks a dependable, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting the full accounting cycle. The ideal candidate brings accuracy, consistency, and a proactive mindset to daily financial tasks, while staying adaptable to handle additional projects as needed. Strong Excel skills, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and a team-first attitude are essential for success in this role.
- Reconcile bank statements and support transaction tracking.
- Maintain and update fixed asset ledgers.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany journal entries and accounts.
- Perform accounts payable processing and related duties.
- Assist with preparing 1099s and support general accounting tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and foundational accounting practices.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented and adaptable to changing support needs.
Compensation: $52k-$55k (DOE)
