As the Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while supporting operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

Senior Accountant

• Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management summaries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to operational leadership.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership to support business decisions.

Senior Accountant

• Multi-entity or healthcare experience preferred is a plus!
