As the Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while supporting operations across multiple locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on accounting and process improvement in a dynamic, mission‑focused setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full-cycle accounting including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management summaries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to operational leadership.
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership to support business decisions.
- Multi-entity or healthcare experience preferred is a plus!
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Compensation: $80,000 - $83,000
