Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted access areas; assist with visitor management, badge checks, and/or directing guests and employees according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional support from site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Document patrol activity, unusual conditions, and incident details in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant information to site leadership during shift transitions
