• 2+ Years of experience post-graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN – Master of Science in Nursing, DNP – Doctor of Nursing Practice) or Physician Assistant program (MPAS – Master of Physician Assistant Studies, MSPA – Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, MHS – Master of Health Science (PA)).
• Active or pending, unencumbered licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Maine.
• Active or pending DEA Certification in the state of Maine.
• Board Certification.
• Active BLS certification.
• Maintain continuing education appropriate for scope of practice and licensure.
