Clinical Nurse Manager

The Nurse Clinical Manager develops and manages nursing schedules across the organization, including recuperative care medication room staffing. The role ensures appropriate staffing levels, provides education and cross-training for RNs, LPNs, and RCP med room staff, and develops clinical policies, procedures, and processes as needed.

Supervises:
Nurses and RCP Med Room Staff (RN, LPN, CRMA)

Requirements:

* Registered Nurse with at least five years of recent nursing experience required.

* Prior clinical leadership, supervision and management experience required.

* Licensed at an RN level by the State of Maine Board of Nursing.

* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

* Experience in care management/care coordination to include care planning, resource management, and utilization management desired.

* Prior experience in Primary Care setting desired.
