  • Clinical flexibility to manage a fast-paced night shift in a Level I Trauma Center

  • Circulate for a wide range of surgical cases on night shift, ensuring patient safety and high-quality perioperative care
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical techs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate efficient workflows
  • Maintain sterile technique, infection control, and OR safety standards consistent with hospital policies
  • Mentor and support less experienced staff to foster a collaborative team culture
  • Demonstrate clinical adaptability, strong critical thinking, and professionalism in a busy trauma environment
