Roles & Responsibilities   Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during your shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough assessments and document findings in the chart
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
Respond promptly to alarms, changes in condition, and emergencies
Support admissions, discharges, and transfers with clear communication
Mentor and support CNA and support staff to maintain high-quality care
Qualifications   Active Registered Nurse licensure (RN) required
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification strongly preferred
Comfortable working independently on night shift and prioritizing workload
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
Education   Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
Knowledge & Skills   Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and IV competency
Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Ability to triage and prioritize in a busy clinical environment
Empathy, patience, and strong resident-focused care approach
