Schedule

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, including 1:4 weekends and one overnight call from 11 PM to 7 AM for Trauma call.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse to join our team specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures at our Level One Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in surgical nursing, exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN must be competent in Robotics (Davinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomy's, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy's, Cystectomy's, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy's, and Ureteroscopy's.

The RN must also be comfortable with a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional surgical nursing care in the operating room.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Maintain proficiency in operating advanced surgical equipment and technologies.
• Support a diverse patient population, addressing their unique needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of Level 1 trauma experience required.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Experience in General, GU/GYN, Orthopedic trauma, and other specialties preferred.
