RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 36 guaranteed hours per week

• Weekend schedule: 1 in 4 weekends with 12-hour shifts

• One overnight trauma call required from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Additional call scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)

• Minimum 3 years Level 1 trauma experience required

• Must be competent in robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, nephrectomies, ureteral reimplants, hysterectomies, cystectomies, colpocleisis, hysteroscopies, and ureteroscopies

• Work with patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics

• 1:1 patient ratio in 26-bed operating room unit

• Work with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot

• Epic EMR system experience required

• CNOR certification preferred

• Teal scrubs issued by hospital

• Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and teamwork

• Specialization in gynecology and genitourinary procedures at Level One Trauma Center

• Preferred experience in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, and endovascular procedures
