Production Team Partner – Truck Loader (Non‑CDL)
Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our Uni First Family. As a Team Partner in the Production Department, you will help keep our fleet moving by prepping our trucks for delivering products to customers. We work a 5‑day week, enjoy Saturdays and Sundays off, and are looking for a candidate ready for immediate training.

What you’ll be doing- Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
- Move delivery trucks within company property once they are loaded with products
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines
- Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required
- Ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
