• Overseeing all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring systems and equipment function efficiently and safely.
• Managing preventive maintenance programs, leading departmental efforts, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Maintenance experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for 8 hours, lift 50–75 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
