*** Responsibilities
* *** Processes labor and material through the Work Management System through the use of Global SAP.
* Completes processes, routes and files accident/damage claims and power interruption reports.
* Maintains records.
* Performs clerical functions including typing, photocopying, and operating of all office equipment including a personal computer and radio.
* Performs material management functions through the use of Global SAP.
* Assists the Service Administration's group on a regular basis with any needs they may have.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*** Skills and Requirements
**** Must have a high school education or equivalent.
* Must be pre-qualified to apply for this position. Applicants may take the pre-qualification test at time of posting.
* Must be competent in the areas of Global SAP, Smart Care (SAP) including OMS functions and SM Web.
* Must be self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with minimal supervision and possess the temperament to deal pleasantly and efficiently with both customers and co-workers.
* Must be able to work flexible hours as determined by the local management team in compliance with the bargaining agreement.
* Must be capable of carrying out the essential functions of the classification.*
