Field Appraiser; Brunswick, Harpswell

Vision Government Solutions is hiring Field Appraisers in the Brunswick/Harpswell area. This full-time property inspector role involves inspecting and recording details of commercial and residential properties required for property valuation.

• Inspect, verify, and record details of properties during visits to support property valuation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes from inspections.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service and coordinate with property owners and tenants as needed.
• Adhere to company standards for quality and safety while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, kneel, and carry 5–10 lbs of equipment during inspections
• Ability to climb stairs and work outdoors in all seasons
• Effective verbal communication and the ability to put members of the public at ease during visits
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week
• Real estate training and mail carrier/delivery experience is a plus

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Driver's License (Required)

• On the road daily, Brunswick and Harpswell ME region

• Pay starting at $20/hr
