- Manage and support mergers & acquisitions transactions from initial planning through closing
- Counsel clients on business entity formation, structuring, and corporate governance
- Advise corporations, partnerships, and LLCs on ongoing legal and operational matters
- Contribute to finance and private equity transactions when required
- Work closely with partners and members of the Business Practice Group on client engagements
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate law within a law firm or similar environment
- Proven experience handling mergers & acquisitions transactions
- Strong background advising corporations, partnerships, and LLCs
- Practical exposure to entity formation and corporate structuring
- Familiarity with finance and private equity matters is an advantage
- Understanding of securities law is beneficial but not mandatory
