Work with a sharp, energetic team

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
• Represent clients across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts, working on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate deals
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transactional documents
• Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, zoning analysis, and coordination with lenders and other stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with our established real estate team, contributing to deal strategy, problem-solving, and client service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering practical, business-focused legal advice

• At least 7 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
• Proven experience managing a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented law firm environment
• Admission to practice law (or eligibility for admission)
  in Maine; additional New England bar admissions are a plus
