Job Summary

The QA Analyst will support large‑scale regulatory and business testing initiatives, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regulatory Testing, and End User Computing (EUC). This role requires hands‑on testing experience, formal test management ownership, and the ability to train and guide business users who do not have prior testing experience. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and program leadership while contributing to the growth of the Business Testing Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage testing for complex regulatory and enterprise programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Prepare and maintain test artifacts including test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test closure reports.
  • Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Facilitate defect triage, planning, and status meetings.
  • Train, mentor, and support business resources participating in UAT, including those with no prior testing experience.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and PDLC protocols.
  • Document risks, escalated issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create test execution reports, defect status dashboards, and leadership summaries.
  • Support regulatory and compliance‑driven testing initiatives, including fraud‑related testing.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years managing testing for highly complex projects or programs.
  • 5+ years leading business testing / User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • 5+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • 5+ years working within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing testing across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced test management experience with direct test execution background.
  • Experience with regulatory testing initiatives, including EUC/manual adjustments.
  • Strong experience working with non‑technical business stakeholders.
Technical Skills
  • JIRA and Confluence
  • JIRA Test Management Framework (JTMF)
  • Test strategy, planning, execution, and closure documentation
  • Defect tracking, reporting, and metrics
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Prior Bank experience
  • Experience creating and delivering testing training materials
  • Experience leading fraud or regulatory testing programs

Schedule & Work Details
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible; 9–5 acceptable)
  • Core: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Overtime:
    Possible depending on business needs

Performance Measurement

Performance will be evaluated based on engagement, quality of test artifacts, collaboration with stakeholders, and overall delivery effectiveness as assessed by the Test Lead.
