** Program Coordinator
** to join the team at our
** Ray House
** adult residential program**.
** The
** Program Coordinator
** position provides system support to all direct care positions to meet and maintain highest standard of client care.

This is an assistant management position of a clinical and administrative nature. This position contributes to the accomplishment of the Agency’s mission through assisting the director in program oversight and providing some leadership to program direct service workers.
This position attends weekly program staff meetings and will participate in other meetings as necessary.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
** Schedule**: full time, 40 hours per week, salaried position
** Location****:
** on-site in South Portland, ME
** Qualifications**:
* High School Diploma required.  Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* One to three years of experience in mental health field a plus.
* Must become certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment; then maintain required trainings to uphold continuous MHRT1 status.
* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, child protective service check & sex offender check.
* Must not be on the state or federal suspension and disbarment list.
* If MHRT is required for position you must pass CNA registry check
* Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and TB screen.
* Must be able to exert moderate physical effort with occasional standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, driving, typing and frequently lift and carry material weighing up to 25 pounds.
* Driving may be necessary to attend meetings and trainings and for the occasional need to meet with clients offsite and within the program service area.  This may include transportation of clients

* * driving to agency location to complete work.
