We are an outpatient treatment center in Maine offering intensive outpatient (IOP) services for individuals working toward recovery from substance use. Our mission is to provide flexible, structured support in a safe and welcoming environment. We focus on empowering clients to build healthy coping skills and maintain long-term success in their daily lives.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Counselor Assistant to join our IOP team. In this role, you'll help support clients through their treatment journey, assist clinical staff, and contribute to a positive, encouraging atmosphere. • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred)
• Experience in substance use treatment or human services a plus
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Assist counselors with client support and documentation
• Greet and engage clients attending group and individual sessions
• Help facilitate group activities under clinical direction
• Provide administrative support for scheduling and documentation
• Monitor client attendance and communicate concerns to staff
