Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a qualified individual for placement in a prominent skilled nursing facility in Southern Maine. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in an ideal, centrally located setting in the Portland area.
Responsibilities- Oversee resident care plans and review medical history for coordination and completion of MDS, care plan meetings, etc.
- At least two years experience completing MDS and be MDS certified (Preferably RAC certified).
- Maine licensed RN with Long Term Care experience.
