Overview
Behavioral Health Provider - LCSW & LPC
Fort Kent, Maine
This full-time hospital-based role offers a great opportunity to join a new outpatient senior adult behavioral health and cardiopulmonary rehab programs. The provider will deliver direct patient care, including intake assessments, treatment planning, and therapy (individual, couples, family, or group), tailored to the senior adult population. All benefits and salary are provided by the hospital and partner medical center.
Requirements/Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Maine licensure as an LCSW or LPC
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of geriatric growth, development, and psycho-social needs
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and computer skills
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient or inpatient behavioral health
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, day shift hours.
