Summary:

This hybrid Patient Engagement Analyst role which has on-site requirements and combines metrics definition, analytics, insights, and reporting of KPIs that support consumer engagement strategies. The role is responsible for identifying business intelligence, developing reporting, and data analytic needs to help translate business information into deliverables and technical specifications to make data informed decisions. Document measurement needs for patient engagement solutions which focus on the transition of manual people-based workflows to identify opportunities for automation or process efficiencies that make it easy for patients to access health care.

The role uses data to identify KPI's,constraints and dependencies to makes decisions, monitor and assess the value of patient engagement solutions.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or four years related experience in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business or Healthcare preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Epic Cogito and Clarity Data Model Certifications or proficiencies preferred.
  • Experience: Seven years' experience in a business environment or related industry. With a focus on market research, business analysis, data analysis, and working with analytics software suites or related technical experience.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements

  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Medical Record, consumer experience and analytics related software.
