• Review tax returns with an emphasis on S Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Act as an advisor to closely held businesses and individual clients on complex tax planning strategies.
• Develop specialized expertise in key industries—including auto dealerships, construction and real estate, manufacturing, and other commercial businesses—and provide consultative management advisory services.
• Champion, train, and support team members in their technical and professional development.
• Structure, oversee, and collaborate with our leadership team on a variety of engagements.
• Lead client service teams with a people-first mindset, ensuring excellent service, timely execution, and ongoing team growth.
• Research and communicate solutions to complex tax issues, leveraging creativity and deep tax law knowledge and related implications.

• A solid track record within public accounting; with a proven mix of strong technical expertise, leadership, and client management skills. (Ideally, 10+yrs of experience)
• A confidence working with CCH Axcess, Caseware, and CCH Fixed Assets (or similar tax software).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex tax matters to diverse audiences both internally and externally.
• Proven relationship-building and project management skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Readiness to actively engage in ARB’s client-centric, team-oriented culture.
