Overview
Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, accessible care to a diverse patient population, from short-term rehab to complex geriatric cases, aiming to improve clinical outcomes and facility performance.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
- Participate in face-to-face primary care, educational sessions, and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Competitive salary up to $300,000/year with productivity incentives

- Current medical licensure and D.E.A. certification
- Board eligibility or certification
