Description
The Senior Administrative Coordinator oversees the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the Interprofessional Simulation and Innovation Center (ISIC), ensuring efficient support for simulation-based education, accreditation, and institutional initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role serves as a central liaison between faculty, staff, students, vendors, and institutional partners.
The anticipated salary for this position is $46,500.

- Manage daily administrative operations and office management tasks.
- Develop and maintain filing, documentation, and electronic record systems.
- Maintain departmental databases and generate reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Process financial transactions, track expenditures, and assist with budget monitoring.
- Manage Standardized Patient time sheets and related documentation.
- Coordinate and manage ISIC scheduling requests, equipment borrow requests, and tour/Open House requests throughout the academic year.
- Manage simulation center vendor contracts.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations for ISIC purchase cards and departmental budgets.
- Coordinate, track, and report travel expenses for the ISIC team.
- Prepare, track, and monitor invoices.
- Organize meetings, events, and departmental activities.
- Support accreditation and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage purchases of inventory and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Associate’s degree in an appropriate discipline plus 3–4 years of relevant clinical, IT, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven abstract analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience using media and information technology.
- Ability to acquire new skills and learn new techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication with academic and technical colleagues.
- Creativity and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or higher education operations.
- Familiarity with simulation-based or healthcare education environments.
