Portland Gastroenterology Center is seeking a detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator to manage provider schedules and ensure efficient clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you.

• Optimize Scheduling: Monitor and adjust provider schedules to maximize utilization of clinic and ASC resources.
• Coordinate Care: Ensure patients are scheduled for follow-ups, procedures, labs, and imaging based on recall parameters.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with Medical Assistants, Clinic Support Specialists, and Contact Center teams to keep schedules accurate and efficient.
• Patient Outreach: Contact patients directly to fill open blocks and review prep instructions when needed.
• Maintain Accuracy: Follow scheduling protocols, update EMR tasks, and process referrals according to policy.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of related experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to adapt and manage competing priorities.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with EMR systems and scheduling tools.

  • Minimum: $21.19/hour
