Overview

Diversified is seeking a Registration Coordinator to join the team supporting event operations. This role will focus on the coordination and execution of all registration-related activities for assigned events, ensuring seamless onsite logistics and exceptional attendee experiences. The Registration Coordinator will manage registration site creation, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination to deliver efficient and professional registration processes. The position will work closely with outside vendors, staffing agencies, and internal departments to ensure all registration matters are handled with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and maintain multiple online event registration pages, ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience through rigorous quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate strategically with event teams and vendors to develop and execute registration strategies that align with attendance and revenue goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for registration-related inquiries, providing timely support and troubleshooting assistance to both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Generate custom registration reports to support data-driven decision-making and assist the Registration Manager with invoice processing and financial documentation
  • Manage all aspects of onsite registration logistics, including the creation of detailed layouts and staging guides that specify signage, technology, electrical, and furnishing requirements
  • Research and contract with local staffing agencies, coordinate temporary staffing needs, and travel to events to oversee onsite registration operations and staff management
  • Maintain the relationship with the registration vendor call center, ensuring seamless support and communication
  • Provide technical assistance for event mobile apps for both internal and external customers
  • Deliver training on registration platforms to internal stakeholders, including new hires and existing users
  • Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries through a centralized team email inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental objectives

Knowledge: The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of experience in an office or professional environment, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail. They should be proficient in the following:

  • Microsoft Suite
  • Excel

Abilities: Experience with registration software, including Cvent, Workfront, Smartsheet and/or Jira is a plus.
