** The starting pay for this position is $23.70/hr. with a shift increase third shift.

Hours:

11pm-7am

* POSITION SUMMARY:

** The Utility Machine Operator is responsible for filling in for vacation/absenteeism and must be able to perform all jobs and operate all machines in the department.
** RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE
*** Responsible for operating machinery, understanding specs of the product being ran, documenting both on paper and electronically machine setting, weights and other data as needed
* Must be able to assemble, disassemble and clean equipment when needed and communicate issues to lead and supervisor
* Keeps a legible accurate record as required including entering data as needed into a computer-based system
* Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor
* Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
* Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable
* Must be able to operate a Power Industrial Truck
* Use and read scales and thermometers
* Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc.) with use of calculator

** The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
* Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
* Team Member will  flex/grip with wrists/hands
* Team Member will walk, bend, and stand
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** Must have 3 months of operator or food manufacturing experience listed in the work history or skills section; must have 6 months of work history in 12 months to be considered. Must not have been terminated from previous employer for attendance or job abandonment.
