If you enjoy seeing your designs travel the full journey from concept to customer, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the architecture and detailed design of electronic solutions.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to deliver successful design outcomes.
Designing electronics that are optimised for manufacture, test, and smooth production handover.
Supporting system integration, including hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding.
Producing high-quality technical documentation, schematics, and Bills of Materials in line with company standards.
Providing occasional on-site support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

What You’ll Bring

A degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (essential).
Broad analogue and digital electronics design experience, including:
Low-noise power supply and distribution
Analogue signal conditioning
Data acquisition systems
FPGA-based control
EMC-compliant design
A proven track record across the full electronics product lifecycle — from specification and circuit design through validation, compliance, and formal acceptance.

Experience with ECAD tools (Cadence OrCAD desirable).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fault-find down to component level.

Why Join?

End-to-end project exposure — work across diverse programmes and shape your own progression path.
Paid overtime or TOIL — earn up to 24 extra days’ leave per year.
Flexible working hours with core times of 09:30–12:00 & 14:00–16:00.
Option to condense a 5-day week into 4 days.
A generous benefits package including competitive pension, private medical care, and RELOCATION SUPPORT!
