Logistics Manager – MEP Projects Near Bristol
 Permanent Position
 Up to £80,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced Logistics Manager to join a leading MEP contractor on a large, complex construction project based close to Bristol.

This is a senior, permanent role offering a salary of up to £80,000, with responsibility for managing all site logistics activities in support of major MEP delivery packages.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage site logistics operations for MEP works on a large-scale project

Develop and implement detailed logistics strategies, plans, and procedures

Coordinate deliveries, storage, lifting operations, and material flow for MEP packages

Manage logistics teams, supervisors, and external service providers

Work closely with project, construction, and commercial teams to support programme delivery

Ensure compliance with H&S, site rules, and best practice logistics standards

Manage logistics budgets, resources, and performance

Liaise with the main contractor and other stakeholders to resolve access and coordination issues

About You
Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large construction projects

Strong background working on MEP or building services projects

Experience managing logistics on complex and large sites

Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Good understanding of construction H&S regulations

Right to work in the UK
