The Recruiter at FMC:

You will be part of a team delivering critical talent solutions to our global client portfolio. This is a dynamic role combining consultative recruitment and business development where you will directly enable the growth of revolutionary businesses.

  • Identify high-quality and proactively map out talent to build deep and meaningful relationships to gain a real understanding of the market landscape by using all routes to market. Utilising our bespoke CRM system, networking, Linked In and our marketing team
  • Conduct in-depth screening and cultural fit assessments to present to our clients with the ability to manage the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement going above and beyond
  • Capture multiple opportunities by following our bespoke training on ‘multiple outcomes’ led by our expert team at FMC
  • Deliver consistent performance, not for us, for you! The Recruiter must demonstrate the ability to generate revenue
  • Customer-centric: provide regular check ins and feedback (candidate and client) throughout the entire process and post-placement
  • Strategic Prioritisation:
    Operating in a fast-paced global market demands precision. You must be highly disciplined in managing your own schedule and work pipeline, using proactive planning to maintain a competitive edge and consistently meet the demands for top-tier talent from our clients
  • Data-Driven Efficiency & Focus:
    The role requires a strategic allocation of time: approximately 80% dedicated to core service delivery (candidate sourcing, engagement, and placement) and 20% focused on maintaining exceptional system integrity and data quality. Your commitment to accurate data is essential for our business
