Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a full-time opportunity in a supportive, resident-focused environment? Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring for all shifts – AM, PM, and NOC.

- Active CNA certification in the state of California
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred – but new grads welcome
- Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
- Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
- Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
- Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
