** Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – NOC Shift (Charge Nurse)

** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans
* Serve as
** Charge Nurse
** during the NOC shift, overseeing CNAs and ensuring quality care
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report to RN Supervisor or physician
* Accurately document care and observations in the EMR system
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
* Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
* Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols
* Participate in shift handoffs, care planning, and training activities##
** Qualifications
* ** Active California
** LVN license
** in good standing
* Current
** CPR certification
*** SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but
** not required**
* ** New graduates encouraged to apply – training provided
*** Strong communication and documentation skills
* Comfortable using EMR systems
* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
* Must be able to provide recent medical clearance for SNF work
* Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the U.S.##
