Physical Therapist PRN (Healthcare)
Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Gateway Post Acute - Porterville, CA
Starting Pay: $60/hour
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Available

At Gateway Post Acute, we believe exceptional patient care begins with a happy, supported team. Located in Porterville, CA, our skilled nursing facility has been providing compassionate, high-quality care for over 40 years. We're currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our therapy department.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and assess residents' physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including joint mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and more
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate residents and families on mobility techniques and injury prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Conduct in-services and training sessions for facility staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulations and company policy
- Valid California Physical Therapist License in good standing
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in documenting services; familiarity with Point Click Care and/or Casamba is a plus
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
- Starting wage of $60/hour
