Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Tulare County, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation:

• Salary range: $85,000–$100,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain and monitor cost accounting records and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure financial data integrity
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
