About the Role

We’re seeking a Multi‑Site Controller who will play a critical leadership role supporting our Life Sciences manufacturing sites. This is more than a financial reporting position—it's a chance to influence strategy, strengthen operations, and serve as the plant manager’s key business partner.

You'll drive financial performance, lead forecasting and budgeting, elevate internal controls, and deliver insights that directly guide plant‑level decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead monthly close, internal reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
• Guide RF1/3 forecasting, annual budgeting, and standard cost development
• Present trends, risks, and opportunities to plant leadership
• Build and monitor strong internal controls and financial processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives & participate in Kaizens/WCM activities
• Partner with leaders to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence
• Oversee physical inventory and cycle count programs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (required)
• Master’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years in a manufacturing plant environment (Cost Accounting/Plant Controller roles)
• ERP expertise: SAP, QAD, ORACLE (required)
• Experience in corporate finance and regulated industries (preferred)
• Comfortable traveling up to 15%
