Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, fire and/or life alarm activations, and disruptive behavior, and promptly notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, confirming authorized credentials, directing visitors and contractors to the proper check-in process, and documenting entries and exits per site policy;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and service requests, and communicate shift activity during pass-downs to support consistent security-related operations
