Summary

S.A. Morman & Co. is seeking a Contract Sales Representative to join a fast-paced team working environment. The Contract Sales Representative will be responsible to meet with clients for consultations on their needs for our business. During consultations, you will be expected to present key information, build rapport, meet client’s unique needs and finalize agreements.

• Build the current client and customer base and be more imbedded with them
• Identify and target potential clients and new and existing customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
• Tracking and identifying sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Effectively pitch creative ideas to customers based on their wants and needs
• Ensure there is positive experience with the customer from start to finish of the sale

• Project Management skills
• Travel and mobility to different clients and job sites
• Sales excellence with proven history of meeting exceeding sales targets
• Effective self-starting with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work will independently and as part of a team
• Charismatic and engaging personality
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Ability to learn extensive product lines
• Proficient in Microsoft suite, knowledge in programs such as Hub Spot helpful
