Medical Education Associate; Hybrid

The Medical Education Associate is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, management, and execution of Stryker’s educational programs and resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments along with cross-divisional partners, to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and vendors to provide safe and effective use training.

• Heavy travel, events nationwide, at least 3x/month, 2-5 days at a time.
• Basic understanding of marketing/sales-related event coordination.
• Basic product and procedural knowledge.
• Basic understanding of the competitive landscape.
• General understanding of key customer groups.
• Basic understanding of educational program design.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
• Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programs.
• Basic understanding of how we deliver training.
• Gather data and information from Medical Education programs.
• Understand our medical education and business strategy.
• Understand our budgeting process.
• Understand customer profiles, including why we engage KOL.
• Understand training and Medical Education work streams.
• Understand why and how we listen to our customers.
• Awareness of internal branding guidelines.
• Aware of commonly used internal communication tools.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority.
