Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic MST Build Consultant in Portage, MI.
Responsibilities- Build, update, and maintain the master training environment, ensuring it mirrors production workflows and system configuration.
- Create, refine, and troubleshoot training data, including custom scenarios and training updates.
- Perform environment rebuild activities during upgrades, including data cleanup, scenario alignment, and infrastructure updates.
- Ensure all training environment components function properly to support educator readiness.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to keep curriculum, training guides, and environment scenarios synchronized.
- Validate that scenarios support real‑world workflows and meet organizational training goals.
- Test training data and scenarios in sandbox or pre‑production environments before release for classroom training.
- Identify and resolve broken builds, missing components, or workflow mismatches.
- Support quarterly or major system upgrades by preparing content, aligning with production, and updating training scenarios accordingly.
- Reduce duplicate or outdated training content and maintain a clean training data library.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise training environments.
- Experience working with training tools and data duplication processes.
- Strong knowledge of application workflows and training processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and translate workflows into training scenarios.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
