We’re currently hiring an experienced fully licensed clinician who wants to do excellent work in a supportive, well-run environment.

• Provide outpatient therapy to children, adults and/or couples based on your preferences and strengths
• Complete intakes, treatment planning and other assessments needed to support diagnostic impressions
• Deliver care using evidence-based approaches
• Coordinate with referral sources and other treatment team members
• Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and organization
• Participate in staff meetings

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work + appropriate Michigan licensure
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical care experience
• Comfortable working independently while being an engaged, collaborative teammate
• Diversity-affirming and multicultural-aware
• Experience with couples/marital counseling is a plus (not required)
• Professional maturity, strong character, and emotional steadiness
