Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design, test, and implement new tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by establishing manufacturing requirements and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product manufacturability and resolve design-related production issues.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and BOMs.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with various manufacturing processes and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimize production processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for design and analysis
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation (e.g., IIoT, digital twins)
