Location: Portage, MI
Position Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered for the right candidate)
Responsibilities- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparation and breakdown of operatories
- Instrument processing and strict adherence to CDC, OSHA, and infection control protocols
- Sterilization, monitoring, and documentation of sterilization systems
- Room turnover and maintenance of clinical efficiency
- Patient preparation, comfort, and support during procedures
- Taking dental radiographs and assisting with impressions as needed
- Clinical documentation and support of treatment workflows
- Collaboration with the doctor and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- 2–5 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control protocols
- Chairside experience required
- RDA preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and anticipate clinical needs
- Learns efficiently by observing and adapting
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
