** Strategic Business Development Leader – Inorganic Growth Execution**# #
** What You Will Do
*** Lead strategic planning for business development in partnership with business unit leadership.
* Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities using market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence.
* Source and manage relationships with potential business development targets to build a robust pipeline.
* Develop and present deal theses and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Build commercial and market models to support decision-making and transaction execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and support post-close integration.
* Provide visibility into the business development pipeline and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
* Lead adjacent segment reviews and deep dives into new market opportunities, making data-driven recommendations.# #
** What You Will Need
**** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, market development, or market research.
* Minimum 4 years of people management experience.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
** Preferred Qualifications
*** MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Experience in healthcare or medical technology industry.
* Familiarity with due diligence processes and integration planning.###
